The unsearchable riches of Christ .. the only place of rest. Is there anything greater more comforting then to know that we can rest in the arms of Jesus? ... knowing that He has protected us and saved us from eternal torment,purchased us with His own blood and is present to see us through every trial. Jesus who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that works in us. Wow .. He is God with the power to do all things ... to do anything and yet He desires to be our rest our Saviour and Shepherd. He desires to spend eternity with those who believe that He is.

Jesus our Rest today and forever ..

Here is a simple test ... do you guard ,protect and love the word of God? Do you desire to be guided by and held accountable to the Word of God?  Do you love being in the Light of His word? Is the motivation of your heart to be Obedient? If this is representative of you then you already know that you know Him. !!!

Our interactions with each other reflect our interactions with God. We have no cause of stumbling in us because we are loving God and keeping His commands. The Lord Jesus said He abided in Gods Love by keeping His commands, He asked us to abide in His love by keeping Gods commands. He told us that keeping His commands was loving Him. He promised that when we abide in His love we would bear fruit... much fruit ... the fruit of righteousness and that when we abide in His Love our Joy would be full. So that while we are abiding in the Light we will be loving our brothers and sisters by not causing them to stumble ... we will not be leading or causing them to sin. Jesus laid down his life for us so that we might stand righteous in the sight of God ... He laid down His life to be the propitiation for our sin appeasing the wrath of God. Jesus asked us to love as He loves ... We therefore love each other when we surrender our life ... allow Christ to be the life in us ... and make it our goal to see each other standing righteous in the sight of God.

Lord help us stay in your Light ...

Only in the Light!
